Beginning in real estate in 2003, Mr. Barzee owned and operated Vantage Realty, a southeastern US business specializing in residential/mixed-use construction, development, management and lending. To date, Trevor’s expertise introduced him to projects totaling in excess of €2bn in Romania, Dominican Republic, and Argentina.

Mr. Barzee has achieved such milestones as converting an old world-recognized hotel brand’s closed hotel into luxury residential condominiums, the master-planning of a major resort and conference center as well as a luxury residential golf course community, the re-positioning and completion of a 200 unit mixed-use oceanfront community. Additionally, Trevor has built, flipped, renovated and restored over three hundred single family homes over a nearly two decade span.

Trevor brings a multitude of both design and construction techniques back to the US whilst introducing new and improved products to the real estate marketplace. Furthermore, Trevor continues to grow his portfolio via his ongoing development roles in luxury residential and outdoor hospitality projects.

Matt Gammon has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, spread across multiple verticals within the residential and commercial property sectors. He has developed and built single family homes of all sizes, ranging from expansive estate homes to luxurious yet efficient Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs). Matt began his real estate career early on, working with Frank Betz - a well-known and award-winning home designer, creating house plans via CAD systems. From that, Matt continued his real estate ventures by obtaining his agency license, as well as founding, operating, and growing both finance companies and trade-related specialty services within the commercial and residential niche. Matt Gammon is known for achieving the highest level of standards when it comes to business, and today, he places a core focus on not only his real estate investment pursuits, but also that of Zeppelin Agency - an award winning and industry leading advertising, marketing, and media company in the US.

Born and raised in Córdoba Argentina, Gabriel let the old European elegance of this South American gem shine through to his passion. Inspired by belle-époque designs, and incredible architecture, Mr. Rosenblum made an early-on decision to pursue the world computer-generated imagery. After a foray of working with some of the most prominent architectural firms in South America, Gabriel made the decision to bring his 12 years of experience to the world.

With a core focus on photo-realistic architectural renderings in real-world lighting scenarios, Gabriel continues design and production of visual imagery for the residential and commercial real estate sectors, having been featured in a multitude of projects around the globe.
